We were excited to unveil our latest model, the Hydra 530, which made its debut to great enthusiasm. Designed for exceptional performance and versatility, the Hydra 530 incorporates air step technology to optimize airflow beneath the hull, enhancing speed, fuel efficiency, and stability. Whether for recreation, work, or adventure, this boat is built to deliver an unmatched experience on the water. Visitors and press attendees had the chance to see the Hydra 530 up close at our premiere event at Boot Düsseldorf 2025 boat show, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
At Boot, the world's biggest boat show, we also introduced our other latest innovations, showcased our product lineup, and connected with passionate boating enthusiasts and industry professionals. Besides the new Hydra 530, the boats redesigned were the catamaran Korkyra 650 Pro with a loading platform and Hydra 450 Fishing version with additional equipment.
A Redesigned Korkyra 650 Catamaran for Accessibility and Functionality
In response to evolving market needs, we have redesigned our catamaran, incorporating a front-loading platform and named it Korkyra 650 Pro. This innovation enhances accessibility for disabled individuals and facilitates cargo transportation, making it a game-changer for both private and commercial use. This update reflects our commitment to inclusivity and practical design improvements in marine mobility.
Upgraded Hydra 450 Fishing Boat with Enhanced Equipment
We also unveiled the latest upgrades to our Hydra 450 fishing boat, equipping it with enhanced features to improve usability and functionality. The boat was created in collaboration with a professional fisherman. These additions cater to both amateur and professional anglers, ensuring a more efficient and enjoyable fishing experience.
The Changing Market for Boats and Catamarans
The market for smaller boats has been slowing down, with consumers taking a more cautious approach to new purchases. However, the demand for catamarans and pontoon boats in Europe is on the rise. These boats, which have been extremely popular in the United States, are now gaining traction among European boaters due to their stability, comfort, and versatility.
One of the major trends is the demand for more efficient and fuel-conscious hull designs, which is exactly why air step technology in models like the Hydra 530 is gaining popularity. By reducing drag and optimizing lift, this technology significantly improves both speed and fuel efficiency—key factors that modern boaters prioritize.
Catamarans are becoming a preferred choice for both recreational and commercial use, thanks to their spacious design, fuel efficiency, and improved maneuverability. Our redesigned Korkyra 650 Pro aligns perfectly with this trend, offering a practical and accessible solution for a growing market segment.
Looking Ahead
It was an incredible opportunity to showcase our latest innovations and engage with the boating community. We are excited about the future of the industry and remain committed to pushing the boundaries of design, accessibility, and performance.
A huge thank you to everyone who supported us, attended our premiere event, and shared their enthusiasm for our new models. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to innovate and shape the future of boating!
